Austrian Airlines Launches Innsbruck Winter Services

This week, Austria’s flag carrier, Austrian Airlines, has launched its latest winter operations schedule for Innsbruck.

This article will cover the details surrounding Austrian Airlines’ latest winter offering out of Innsbruck in the Alps.

Austrian Airlines for the upcoming winter season has expanding its offering out of Innsbruck. From October 2024 through until March 2025, the carrier will operate 19 weekly flights to and from Vienna.

Alongside the Vienna route, there will also be direct services from Innsbruck to Amsterdam, Brussels, Copenhagen, Warsaw, Stockholm, and Billund. The services to the international European destinations will start from December 2024. This is during the peak ski season for Austria and the Alps.

  • OS 915 / Innsbruck to Vienna / Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
  • OS 903 / Innsbruck to Vienna / Saturday.
  • OS 905 / Innsbruck to Vienna / Daily.
  • OS 901 / Innsbruck to Vienna / Daily.
  • OS 916 / Vienna to Innsbruck / Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
  • OS 904 / Vienna to Innsbruck / Saturday.
  • OS 906 / Vienna to Innsbruck / Daily.
  • OS 902 / Vienna to Innsbruck / Daily.
  • OS 361 & 362 / Innsbruck to Brussels / Saturday.
  • OS 322 & 323 / Innsbruck to Copenhagen / Saturday.
  • OS 622 & 629 / Innsbruck to Warsaw / Saturday.
  • OS 2628 & 2627 / Innsbruck to Billund / Saturday.
  • OS 2628 & 2627 / Innsbruck to Stockholm / Saturday.

Austrian Airlines’ Chief Commercial Officer, Michael Trestl, has commented on the carrier’s Innsbruck winter schedule. Saying, “With our expanded flight offer between Vienna and Innsbruck, we now provide our guests with greater flexibility and four direct tourist connections to Tyrol.”

“We see ourselves as part of the Tyrolean economy, and our commitment is reflected in our flight program!”

Adding to Trestl’s comments, Managing Director of Innsbruck Airport, Marco Pernetta, has said. “We are very pleased that Austrian Airlines is increasing frequencies on the crucial Vienna-Innsbruck route and adding new European routes on winter weekends, clearly demonstrating their commitment to Innsbruck as a location.”
