Jet2 Announces Early Launch of Summer 2026 Program

Responding to high demand, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have made an early unveiling their largest-ever Summer 2026 program.

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have unveiled their largest-ever Summer 2026 programme, offering flights and holidays to 57 sun-soaked and vibrant city destinations. Bookings are now open from all 12 of the companies’ UK airports.

The leading leisure airline and UK’s top tour operator have launched their summer programme earlier than ever before. The early release responds to high demand from UK holidaymakers eager to plan ahead.

Summer 26 Overview


As pioneers in the industry for Summer 26 sales, their expanded programme boasts more seats, routes, and choices.

An enlarged fleet, including additional fuel-efficient Airbus A321neo aircraft, will transport customers. These new planes are 20% more fuel-efficient and produce 50% less noise than older models.

Customers and travel agents can now secure their summer getaways early. Options are available from Belfast International, Bournemouth, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, East Midlands, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool John Lennon, London Stansted, Manchester, and Newcastle International Airports.

The enhanced programme offers 18.6 million seats (700,000 more than Summer 25), covering nearly 450 routes. This includes 22 new summer routes and 14 exclusive ones. Over 1,700 weekly flights will depart from their 12 UK bases.

New Summer 26 Routes

  • Bournemouth: Malaga, Dubrovnik, Kos, Reus, Verona
  • East Midlands: Agadir, Costa de Almeria, Pula, Preveza, Halkidiki, Split
  • Edinburgh: Kefalonia, Girona, Kalamata
  • Glasgow: Dubrovnik, Marrakech (summer debut)
  • London Stansted: Jerez
  • Newcastle: Agadir, Preveza, Marrakech (summer debut), Barcelona, Porto

The programme caters to various preferences, covering popular destinations in the Canaries, Balearics, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Italy, Cyprus, Croatia, Montenegro, Malta, Bulgaria, France, Morocco, Jersey, Austria, and Portugal.

Additional Aircraft

To support this expansion, Jet2.com has invested in additional aircraft for Summer 26. Extra planes will operate from Bournemouth, East Midlands, Manchester, and Newcastle. New Airbus A321neo aircraft will debut at London Stansted and Glasgow, bringing the total fleet to 136 for Summer 26.

Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, commented on their Summer 2026 programme. “Our customers are eager to secure their dream holidays early. They want the best choice of hotels, rooms, and dates.”

To support this ambitious programme, Heapy said that the carrier had grown its operations at several airports. Bournemouth, East Midlands, Manchester, and Newcastle International now have extra aircraft. Jet2 also introduced more fuel-efficient Airbus A321neo planes at London Stansted and Glasgow Airports. These new aircraft are 20% more fuel-efficient and 50% quieter than older models.
